They ran out of tartar sauce . Got a refund. Employees are very nice, though. There's not really much else to reveal here. The ambiance is your typical fast food place.

I'm giving this location one star. I have lived nearby for a couple years now and thought I'd stop in finally and grab some food. I spent nearly $8 on my meal, which isn't too bad for fast food. I ordered the two piece meal with chicken, mashed potatoes and hush puppies. Instead what I got and didn't realize until I drove all the way to work was that I got 1 piece of chicken, 1 piece of fish, no hush puppies, 2 pieces of shrimp, and mashed potatoes with no gravy. I absolutely hate seafood so I basically paid $8 for a piece of chicken and mashed potatoes. I am very disappointed with this location.

KFC has gone so far down hill since the 90s it's not even funny. I haven't ate there in 5 years and never plan to eat there again unless they have some crazy restructuring like dominos did. That being said I also haven't had long John silvers in over 10 years. I live close to here and my wife and I were craving fish and shrimp. We both wanted the fresh caught Cod they were advertising on their website. When I got there the woman said they don't carry it at their location because it's attached to KFC. I settled with whatever their cheap fish was and some shrimp for both of us. When I pulled up to the window there was rap music blaring pretty loud in the drive thru. She didn't even turn it down to help me, and I heard some profanity which was unbelievable. If my daughter was in the car I would have been pissed. Well I get home and what a surprise, it's missing the shrimp. So I flew back up there and asked for the manager. The same lady that helped before was there and she said she was the manager. I told her the situation and she said "oh let me get that for you." No apologies. Nothing. Just like Burger King, every KFC location I go to the employees clearly aren't managed well, and in this case it shows why. They'll hire then promote some high school drop out convict trash to management. Every time I go to the McDonald's right down the street, it's a well oiled machine with employees that care and are efficient. KFC you're never getting my business again.

NOT fast. Was in the drive thru for way too long, over 30 minutes for 5 cars. When I pulled up to order I was greeted and then told the to wait. Won't make this mistake again, so NOT worth it.

the chicken was so hard it was dry and way beyond crispy the fish was the size of a deck card if that, and soggy, i had to repeat my order 3 times so i think i paid for that will never go there again even if it is the closest, i think i need a giftcard for 2 dinners we did not eat i love long john silvers been to them many, many times but just moved to omaha
